Andrew was great to work with. Very professional but with a relaxed attitude and a good sense of humor. He was a great person to walk around downtown Toronto with as he showed me several condos for rent and really helped nail down the condo I finally did rent. Always quick to respond and answer any questions I had. He was also proactive in making sure everything went smoothly as I took possession of my condo.

Andrew was amazing in helping us find exactly what we needed to replace the condo that we had called home (our landlord unfortunately had to sell) during the Holiday Season. We really wanted to stay in our neighbourhood, our price range and size that we had in our old condo. He delivered on all of this and then some. We ended up directly across the street in a better building on a higher floor with almost the EXACT same layout (but better!) and we were able to stay well within our price range. I could not be more happy to have worked with Andrew and his team and plan to again on our next move.

I only had one building in mind when I first started my condo search and Andrew did an excellent job showing me other buildings that match my search criteria as well. When I placed my offer, the process was extremely competitive but Andrew managed to make sure everything went smoothly. Andrew did an excellent job helping me find a condo to rent in Toronto. I had just moved up from the US and he helped navigate me through the process, making himself available at almost any time of day. Overall, I think he is an amazing professional, likes to think from the perspective of the buyer/ renter and always thinks big! Andrew was great to work with, and very helpful in explaining the process, as I was a first time home buyer. He had a great attitude, was always quick to reply and was promptly available for viewings, which was critical due to the fast turnover in the market. He provided me with notifications of new units matching my needs, insights into buildings with known issues, and price analyses for any units I was interested in. This allowed for greater transparency into the purchase process which helped ease my decision making process. In the end, he handled a very difficult selling agent to settle the paperwork in time for my preferred moving timeline.
