John knew how to handle this. He put in a lot of time and forethought to help us find our place, and I don’t think we could have done it without him. Condos.ca is a great platform to search properties for both sale and rent. I saw multiple listings I was interested in renting and contacted John Cobley. John responded promptly and arranged for viewings just in a couple of days. He understood what I looking for and generously shared his knowledge of each properties we saw together. With his advice, I was able to choose the right unit at a reasonable price. The whole process from reaching out to him to getting the keys of the unit took only 2 weeks.
