Alex Trokoz

Alex is a dedicated Toronto area REALTOR® who gets the job done by listening to his clients' needs and putting his keen negotiation skills to work. His goal is to help buyers and sellers navigate the fluctuating (and often confusing) real estate market and make the move that’s right for them. Originally from Ukraine, Alex has worked in the pharmaceutical and finance industries, where he developed excellent negotiation skills and great attention to details, and now helps homebuyers and investors get into properties in and around the GTA, focusing on the Scarborough, Markham, Richmond Hill and Vaughan areas. Alex is fluent in Ukrainian, English and Russian. When he's not helping his clients, you’ll probably find him outdoors: he loves exploring the city on his bike, and come winter, he hits the slopes every chance he gets!
