Dylan Crewe found me the perfect house and I barely had to lift a finger. I had some very specific requirements for the property I was looking for and Dylan was able to find dozens of listings that checked all the boxes. Over time, Dylan really honed in on the things I was looking for and became extremely good at sending me only the listings that he thought I’d like. I had always planned to search some listings myself at some point, but Dylan found my current home before I even had the chance to start. He was very proactive throughout the whole process but was never pushy. At no point did it feel like he was trying to sell me a house - every showing felt like we were viewing the house together, as a team, and he was not afraid to acknowledge the downsides of a property as well as the upsides. I thought he did an excellent job of listening to my feedback on houses, and I always felt like he both understood and supported my decision when I declined to put an offer on a home he’d shown me. He always made me feel like I was in charge. Dylan brought a lot of knowledge to the table which he supplemented with recommendations from other agents at his brokerage, so I always felt like his advice represented the pooled knowledge of Toronto’s best realtors. At least twice he guessed what a house would sell for almost exactly. I came to trust him completely. Dylan’s a genuinely impressive realtor, and very disarming and amiable guy as well. I can’t recommend him enough.
