About Grace Alzate

Grace joins our team from sunny cities in the Philippines and California, but if you ask her she loves Toronto the most, having lived in the city for 20 years. A bit of a perfectionist, Grace’s background is in project management and graphic design, fields that helped her develop an eye for detail. With an honest and down to earth approach, Grace is happy to help her clients find their dream home. She is a breeze to work with and will stop at nothing until her clients are 100% satisfied. Her specialty lies in Downtown and the East End, where she lives. In her down time, Grace dabbles in photography, and enjoys the outdoors in and out of the city.
