"Melissa Mepham was the listing agent who helped me (at long distance) to find and rent a wonderful condo that exceeded our requirements in downtown T.O. Last week we closed out our rental, which was quite complicated with storage, card, and a flight to Florida. Because of this I forgot to retrieve the $300. certified check at the concierge. Here in Florida, I had no way to handle this, and even though it had nothing to do with Melissa’ responsibility, I decided to reach out to her to help me approach the concierge and the bank to solve my problem. I told her at that outset that I would pay her $100. if she would go out of her way to help me. She responded not only willingly but by also refusing to take the payment I offered. It took her a great deal of time to coordinate and get the concierge’s agreement to bend the rules and to return my check to her. Then she had to take the check to the bank to redeposit it to my account. All she would accept for all of her efforts and time was a very hearty thank you on my behalf. She was so kind and efficient!
