I have worked with Chris and his team for the past 3 years and this is a letter that I have been meaning to write for a little while now, but a long weekend of end of tax year panic paperwork seemed as good a time as any to spend a few minutes putting pen to paper. Today it appears that buzz words and phrases such as ” customer focused” , “quality care” , “service oriented” etc are so over used by companies and individuals that they have become absolutely meaningless. I am here to tell you as one of your clients that your team, and in particular Chris and Alexis Craddock, is living up to all of these buzz words and phrases and more. Being a condo owner, and taking the plunge to move to the opposite side of the country and get my family condo rented out was a huge decision. From the minute Chris first emailed me, his infectious can- do attitude , and warm personality made me feel completely at ease. Chris went to every effort to ensure my every question, and fear, no matter how small was alleviated, and that I felt comfortable every step of the way.
