Anna is a talented real estate expert who will, without a doubt, help her clients find their residence of choice. I moved to Toronto in 2017 with little knowledge of the city’s highly competitive real estate market and no prior experience with renting. Anna was extremely helpful in helping my partner and I from the initial stages of finding units that fit our budget and criteria, to scheduling viewings, and then successfully negotiating a monthly rent with the property owner. I've been meaning to write about my experience with Condos.ca and a member of your team, Anna Kuzmenko. I often hear horror stories of how other friends and colleagues have dealt with realtors. I am for one glad I never experienced that, and would hope never to as long as Condos.ca exists. I look forward to retaining her service at a later time in the future. Your company offered me more than a service, where I see Anna now as a friend, helping others find their new home.
