In 2017 we reached out to Peter to help us buy a new home and sell our existing home. It was a pleasure working with Peter to search for a condo in downtown Toronto. He was helpful and super supportive throughout our search. It was our first time renting a condo in downtown Toronto, therefore we had a lot of questions during the entire process. However, Peter was always patient and answered all our queries. We had an initial call with him where we discussed our requirements over the phone. He also provided us detailed instructions to get our documents ready so that we are well prepared in case we find a condo. When we finally found a condo that we liked, he went through the contract details with us. Since this was our first time signing a contract of this nature, this process was really helpful as it made us aware of some of our rights as a tenant. When we went to the condo to get our keys, he was kind enough to accompany us for the inspection. We discussed a few things during our inspection with the landlord and made sure those things got fixed during the first week itself.
