Jay Hadida

Born and raised downtown Toronto, Jay has seen the skyline evolve to the vibrant city that it is today. A highly experienced Real Estate professional with an extensive knowledge of the city and it’s marketplace. He began his career in the Travel and Hotel Industry where he quickly discovered his interest in travel and real estate. From there, he was recruited to the U.S. working as the Director of Sales for an engineering consulting company where he was able to work closely with architects, developers, and manufactures. His ability to connect with his clients and always remain focused on finding the right solution has paved the road to his success. With his roles in leadership and business development, Jay has spent much of his time at the point of transaction and immersing himself in the deal. His daily practice allows him to be at the forefront of Toronto’s marketplace and sub-markets therein. A city he strongly believe’s in and will continue to invest in both personally and financially. He strives to continuously provide his clients with the most effective strategies in an ever evolving market.
