We worked with Paul Channer Chung as our real estate agent when we purchased our first home, a condo. We had originally contacted Paul in mid 2021 to find a rental unit in Toronto, and while we were based in Vancouver looking to move there. He was kind enough to travel to multiple locations to show us the units on video. Unfortunately, we had to drop our rental plan then as we got (surprisingly) accommodated into the college housing. Paul was very professional when we informed him of the change in plans, despite knowing that he had spent many hours driving to places and showing us various listings. In 2022 we decided to look for a place to buy, and given how professional he had been with us earlier, we approached Paul to help us find a place. We didn't have a car back then, so Paul helped us to a great extent traveling to various units across Toronto. We found him to be very pragmatic and patient in our dealings with him. His real estate estimation background was also a huge plus for us, because he was able to answer questions on various aspects of construction that we had when viewing units. We secured a deal in early 2022 and we are currently living in the unit. Even after the purchase, Paul has been quite approachable for any kind of advice on unit sustainment, such as the way we approach drilling to put frames or curtain rods, blockage of drain in the balcony, etc. These small things may look trivial to some, but to first time homeowners like us, they gave us a lot of confidence when settling down in the unit. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking to rent or buy a place anywhere in the GTA area.

Paul is a wizard. I was in a jam and needed to quickly find a new lease.
