I was looking to purchase my first home in downtown Toronto on a reasonable budget while working full time. Through condos.ca I was lucky enough to have been put in contact with Arvin. Right away we went through my requirements for the home and quickly we were viewing condos that fit what I needed. He was always on time, and happy to set up viewings that fit my hectic work schedule. Going forward Arvin will be my realtor on all purchases and sales. From the very first moment I searched for a condo and went on the website Arvin called me next day in the morning to discuss the properties I liked and was interested to see. He was very attentive and asked many questions to make sure he understands my needs. I was very impressed when I met him in person. He knew all the key details with regards to properties, provided info on prices in the past 6-8 months that was really helpful to me to understand the benchmark. Moreover, he was very patient with me as I was looking for a couple of months to make sure I make the right decision. He was also very positive even when I was not happy with some properties and prices and kept saying that we would be able to find the dream property. Overall, very encouraging experience. When I actually found an ideal place, he helped me to go through purchasing process and advised on the key things to look at. He did follow up after the purchase, so I feel very valuable as a client even after the purchase. And as a cherry on the top of the cake - he even offered to do small fixes around the houses that sellers were not willing to do. Not every real estate person can go above and beyond. Arvin truly cares about his clients and this what makes him not just a real estate person but a real estate super star!
