Yannick Levy

My name is Yannick Levy and I am a proud member of property.ca. Growing up in Vaughan and now living in Downtown Toronto, I have an excellent understanding of both areas and everything in between. Since my early 20’s I have owned and managed my own businesses. This taught me the true value of person-to-person interaction while simultaneously building relationships with everyone I meet. As your realtor, I am able to take on each client and mould my services to fit each individual's needs. I work extremely hard on making sure they feel heard and understood. My priority is them and with that being said leasing, renting and buying are major life decisions; My clients will always be apart of the process. I intend to focus on the downtown core area. As previously mentioned, I did grow up in Vaughan. This means that although I plan to focus more specifically in one area, I do want my clients to feel comfortable enough to share their interests in other areas of the GTA. I do help both investors and homebuyers.
