Real Estate Expert Nicholas Markov

Nicholas Markov is a distinguished real estate professional with a vast degree of real estate experience. He holds both a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Economics from York University and has completed Level I and Level II of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Over the last decade, Nicholas has worked within finance and investments for prominent Canadian real estate developers. In these roles, he has been responsible for land acquisitions, financial analysis, equity and debt raising, and investor relations for multiple development projects across the Greater Toronto Area. Nicholas also teaches Graduate level real estate finance and investment courses at the Schulich School of Business at York University and at the Gordson S. Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph.
