Jordan Rasberry

Born and raised in the West End, Jordan Rasberry’s passion for Toronto life took shape at an early age. After launching his real estate career with one of Canada’s largest firms, Jordan co-founded Core Assets Real Estate (CARE) in 2012. In the following years, CARE sold over two billion dollars in sales and grew into an elite, market-leading brokerage, with Jordan serving as the brokerage’s operations manager, leading mentor, and educator. In 2025, CARE was acquired by Property.ca, where Jordan continues as a Branch Partner and Team Leader. Jordan’s appreciation for a sharp design, modern entrepreneurial concepts, and authentic connections would carve out his vision for a new team, Brake Real Estate, dedicated to providing unparalleled real estate services in West Toronto. A lifelong enthusiast of West Toronto’s vibrant cultural profile and spirited resident of Brockton Triangle, Jordan has his finger on the pulse of city life.
