About Erica Jackson

As a real estate salesperson with The Boulevard by Property.ca, Erica leads with her enthusiasm for real estate – combining practical expertise with a commitment to exceptional client service, grounded in years of hands-on experience in the industry. Erica’s exposure to real estate began in her 3-year role as a Real Estate Administrative Coordinator, where she developed an understanding of the real estate world first-hand while simultaneously studying to obtain her real estate salesperson license. This early experience gave Erica an edge as she entered the field already exposed to managing the complexities of real estate transactions, having supported a team of Agents on countless sale and lease transactions, and ultimately developing the attention to detail and professionalism that clients value. Erica’s client-centered approach is at the heart of her work. She prioritizes understanding her clients’ unique goals and fostering genuine relationships to ensure they feel confident and well-supported in their decisions. Known for her adaptability, Erica tailors her approach to each client, whether they’re buying, selling, or leasing, and she’s passionate about making sure clients are informed every step of the way. Erica is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Gender Studies. Her early career in child psychology, working with at-risk youth, taught her invaluable skills such as effective communication, attunement, and a deep understanding of others’ emotions and needs. This experience fostered her ability to navigate sensitive and complex situations, equipping her to guide clients through the often emotional process of buying, selling, or leasing real estate with empathy and care. Growing up immersed in athletics, Erica played a myriad of sports, including rugby, volleyball, and most prominently, hockey at a competitive level. Recognized for her natural leadership qualities, she was awarded Captain and Assistant Captain roles throughout her hockey career. These experiences honed her decision-making abilities, confidence in guiding others, and strong sense of dedication. Today, these qualities enable Erica to lead her clients with assurance and clarity, instilling confidence in her ability to manage their real estate journey seamlessly. Outside of work, Erica is dedicated to staying active, starting each day at the gym and enjoying the vibrant city life of downtown Toronto, where she lives. She loves exploring new spots around the city and often calls it “research” for her clients, keeping up with the latest restaurants, events, and hidden gems to share with them.

Testimonials

Erica's professionalism and work-ethic was a breath of fresh air and helped to make my move from New York City to Toronto surprisingly pain free. She took the time to understand my needs and went above and beyond to make sure that I was viewing only the apartments that fit within my budget and that met my amenity and location preferences. She took the time to explain all of the important details of the lease agreement and what was expected of me leading up to my move-in day. And, in cases where a particular apartment was a bit light on visual information, she immediately setup a video walkthrough of the building and the available unit. I am very happy with the neighbourhood and the apartment that I selected and if I decide to move again, Erica will be my first phone call.
