Finding out last minute I needed to move from my current apartment was stressful enough, let alone having to try to find a new apartment downtown to rent in two months. Allie was a life saver - instantly we clicked; she was genuine and thorough. Allie spent so much of her own time messaging landlords and negotiating so that I wouldn't have to. She was even in contact with a landlord in China, staying up late hours, negotiating documentation/pricing, because of the time difference. This particular landlord was very frustrating to work with and was very demanding - but Allie remained calm, collected, and professional. She was able to put me at ease, while making sure all the necessary documentation made it in on time. This included meeting me early morning outside my apartment before I went to work, and fedXing documentation via express to a different city, all to please the landlord. Allie worked around my work hours, was available via text, email, and phone when I was anxiously looking for updates. Allie was never impatient with me or bothered. She understood the stress - and did her best to reassure me. Because of Allie, I was able to find an apartment I loved, that was UNDER my budget. Allie made the horrible experience of apartment hunting, an overall positive one. I could not have done it without her help.
