I was recently in the market to buy my first home. I had Zero experience in the understanding the real estate game and I was shopping in one of the craziest markets on planet 🌍 Earth. We are very happy to have been working with Marc over the years. First, he helped us find a rental place and then purchase our own. As first-time home renters and later buyers the number of things to consider is a little overwhelming, but Marc has guided us each step of the way and always explained both good and bad points about each property we looked at. We were new to the process and needed help figuring out everything from the area of the city suitable for our needs to finding a good lawyer and mortgage options. If there were any questions, he would explain them in details without smoothing over the rough parts, so we were always aware of "the good and the bad" Marc has a lot of contacts within the industry and knows how to speed up the process and find the best deal on or off the market. Admittedly we have limited experience of the whole real estate process, but we had clear goals and time lines which Marc helped us achieve.
