Born in Halifax, raised in Hong Kong, educated in London, and now calling Aurora home, she has experienced firsthand how much where you live can shape your lifestyle, opportunities, community, and sense of belonging. At the heart of Olivia’s approach is a genuine love of working with people. She takes the time to understand what matters to each client beyond the transaction itself - their goals, lifestyle, priorities, and where they ultimately want to end up. Olivia brings a modern, energetic approach to real estate, with a particular passion for marketing, social media, strategic presentation, and finding creative ways to make properties stand out. Based in Aurora and serving Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, York Region, and communities across the Greater Toronto Area and York Region, Olivia has developed a particular appreciation for the communities north of Toronto. She loves the balance they offer - close-knit neighbourhoods, local businesses and green space, while still being connected to everything the GTA has to offer. Outside of real estate, Olivia can usually be found exploring local cafés, creating content, baking for friends and family, or spending time with her very large, very cute, Labrador-Akita mix, Kobe.
