Yuval Izchaki is the best realtor Chris and I have ever worked with. Yuval from the first interaction to the last has been professional and understood our wants and needs. When we came to him trying to find our first condo/townhouse together, we were disappointed at the market and the landlords we had come across. As our ages are respectively 22 and 24, and our household income is regarded as high we found it hard to have landlords who did not ask for a guarantor or months in advance. However, Yuval reassured all the landlords who we came across, and made sure to pre-approve us for houses before viewing. This facilitated the process tenfold, as now we were sure that the landlord would be open to our application, if we chose to apply. Yuval also ensured that we felt comfortable with our potential landlord, and when we decided not to go ahead with an application due to conflicting personalities with a landlord, Yuval was already ready and dedicated to find us our home. With his expertise, we were able to find something within our budget, as well as a townhouse we both love with plenty of room for all our furniture. Even after the signing of the lease, Yuval made sure we were both happy. He is honestly fantastic and is extremely dedicated to his work. You will not be disappointed if you choose to go with Yuval!
