Shar Banifatemi

Shar first called North York home when he immigrated to Canada with his family in 1996. He went on to earn an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto, where a conversation with a classmate first sparked his interest in real estate—a passion that quickly became his long-term goal. Today, Shar is dedicated to helping clients not only find their dream homes, but also build long-term wealth through real estate. Known for his hands-on approach, he works closely with each client to ensure they feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way. With nearly a decade of experience in the industry and involvement in over 250 transactions, his deep knowledge of the Toronto market allows him to offer strategic guidance in an often complex and competitive environment.
