We were in the market for a unit with fairly limited restrictions, and Janet was super helpful in showing us units and suggesting which might be more suitable for our needs. She was timely and responsive, and overall we had a great impression working with her. We were comfortable as she took us around to the viewings, and she helped us sort through our different options. Turnaround time was extremely quick, and Janet knew the ins and outs of the whole process, which helped expedite it as well. We're incredibly happy with the unit we ended up choosing, and glad that Janet provided such a helpful service to get us there.

I was planning to move to Toronto from Chicago for quite some time and started looking for a condo to rent. It was quite overwhelming to be honest as they were so many options and since I wasn't there physically, it was hard to decide just by looking at the pictures. My friend recommended condos.ca and soon Janet contacted me within a day to go over my Condo/townhome preferences. She even setup an alert everyday for me to shortlist and make an appointment to view virtually. After searching for few days, we finalized on few Condos and Janet was there at the location giving me the virtual tour. It was such a relief to have someone you trust and help you make those arrangements with the landlord, tenant, etc. Janet was so well organized and followed up after every virtual tour. After several virtual tours, we finalized on a Condo and Janet helped me prepare an offer and they finally accepted the offer. It was such a relief for me to know that I have place to move in right after I land in Toronto. Janet also helped me with all the move in ready requirements and helped coordinate with the landlord as well. By closer to the move in date we had a conflict with the move in time and she helped me resolve that with the landlord as well. Simba and I are so happy to have found this Condo in the heart of downtown Toronto. All this wouldn't have been possible without Janet's expert services and coordination.

I began my search with a fear that renting within the timeframe/location I preferred would be an arduous task. Janet was proactive in her approach and immediately began filtering through the best options for me. Her professionalism and guidance allowed me to feel very comfortable that I was in good hands. Anytime I had a question or needed something, she was there immediately to answer in clear detail and also provide pros/cons of certain decisions. And on top of all that, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with on a strictly personal level. I am now situated in my new home (which was my first choice of location) and enjoying it immensely.
