Giulia Aquino is an amazing real estate professional. She went beyond the call of duty to assist us in purchasing our condo in North York. We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent. She was very professional in negotiating the best deal for us. In addition, she recommended a list of real estate lawyers and insurance agents which were top class. Giulia was immensely patient with our seemingly endless questions. She was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated with the seller's agent, and kept us informed on a daily basis. The entire process was painless and we were able to close in 45 days. We are not sure you can have a better agent than Giulia Aquino. Giulia by far is one of the best if not the best ! My son was buying his first condo at 25 years of age so he was new to the whole experience . Giulia from the start was so willing to go above and beyond . She went to different condos for us to see as we could not get to Toronto for each one he was interested in . At all hours she videotaped and sent to us while walking thru each condo listing the pros and cons of each . When we would check emails the next day we see it was sent at 2 in the morning . This professional works non stop and you know she has your best interest from the get go . She communicates often and there is nothing she won’t do for her clients . My son and are so thankful for Giulia and how she made such a big step and stressful situation so easy and we are so grateful for Giulia .
