I had the pleasure of working with James Hall to find a rental home for my family. As newcomers to the area without a credit rating, we knew we faced significant challenges finding a home that met our needs. Coming in as an international student, I didn't know the process of finding an apartment or the paperwork, I was also still in my home country. James helped ease my worries by answering every question I had and sending me listings that match my requirements, and helped me remotely on the processing for the paperwork and what documentation I might be needing. I am very grateful to have worked with him, and I would definitely recommend James to everyone.

We’d like to thank you for all your help in finding us our apartment. We tried contacting other realtors when we were looking for a place, but as soon as they saw that we both had international guarantors, they stopped responding. However, you really went above and beyond helping us. You made the process very simple and clear and was always willing to answer our questions any time of the day. You also went out of your way to view and record the apartments for us when we both couldn’t make it in person.

Oh my goodness, I am LOVING the unit/neighbourhood. I’ve truly never lived somewhere that felt so “right”. As for the process, though stressful at times I think you were the perfect person to help me navigate it. Through your flexibility, understanding of needs, and honesty when necessary, it made the process much easier than it could’ve been.

James Hall is an efficient person. He understands what a client wants and he makes sure that his listings are reflective of this. The residences that we viewed in-person all met our requirements. If it were not for James, we would have spent days if not weeks looking for a right place.

Most of all, we will definitely go back to James in the future. My partner and I know other agents from past experiences and from our acquaintances. James simply tops those agent. We are looking to buy a real estate perhaps in one or two years and we just know that James is the right person to work with. Overall, as tough and frustrating as the search for a condo was, it was so much easier thanks to you. Having a rental agent who is clearly so dedicated and genuinely enjoys what he does made the process a lot less overwhelming for me. Everything was clear and explained well, especially since I had no knowledge of the rental market/renting a condo before.
