Our recent experience with Albina to find a condo for rent was great. She was quick to schedule viewings, on time for viewing and knowledgeable about the condos market. Once we liked a place, she was very quick with paperwork and making an offer including last minute changes. After our offer was accepted by the landlord, she voluntarily came to pick up the cheques and delivered them to the landlord’s agent on weekend. Later she sent us a detailed email to what steps to do next. She is polite, professional, and always available via phone and email. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. We will definitely seek Albina’s expertise for future property rentals and purchases.
