In a few short words: caring, knowledgeable, and patient. In many words, Lisa met all our needs and more on our successful search to purchase our first home. She listened closely to our many questions and either drew upon her considerable resources and experience to answer them, or was transparent and quick to source the answers when she didn’t have them herself. She took the time to get to know us as people, and used the info she gathered along the way to constantly adapt her recommendations. Lisa perfectly balances comfortable familiarity with seasoned professionalism, and it was a pleasure to view apartments with her: she never rushed us, kept in mind all our priorities and preferences, and went through each place with a keen eye and a genuine interest, as engaged as if this were her own search for a home. The negotiations of the purchase were unpredictable, but throughout the process Lisa was calm, reassuring, accessible at all hours, firm when necessary, and in general the perfect realtor to have in our corner. The first reaction we had when we secured the deal was how sad we would feel not to get to see Lisa for regular viewings! 11/10 – we will continue to recommend Lisa to everyone we know.
