Alex Applegate

Hi, I’m Alex. I’ve spent the last nearly 10 years working in both real estate and mortgage financing, helping clients all over the GTA — especially Toronto, Oakville, Burlington, and Mississauga — buy homes, sell homes, secure financing, and build long-term wealth through real estate. What makes my approach different is that I wear two hats: licensed real estate agent and licensed mortgage broker. That means when you work with me, you’re not getting pushed from one person to the next — you’re getting one strategic plan from day one. More than anything, I’m here to be your guide and advocate — someone who will be honest with you, fight for you, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. On a personal note, I’m a proud mom of two energetic little boys and happily married to my best friend. My life is busy, full, and deeply rooted in purpose — and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m driven by helping families like mine build stability, security, and generational wealth. And yes — I run on coffee (a strong triple espresso flat white to be exact).
