Davisville Village is a popular residential neighbourhood close to excellent amenities along Mount Pleasant, Eglinton and Yonge. Davisville Village is separated into two areas: Mount Pleasant West with larger, detached single-family Toronto homes for sale (as well as many condominiums and rental properties) and Mount Pleasant East with smaller, single-family Toronto houses for sale including bungalows and semi-detached houses that make excellent starter homes.
