If you love coffee, you're not too far from Starbucks located at 753 Terminal Ave. Groceries can be found at Man-Kwong Enterprises which is a 4-minute walk and you'll find Strathcona Community Dental Clinic a 7-minute walk as well. Entertainment is close by, with Electric Co Theatre and Neworld Theatre Society only a 9 minute walk. You are only a 3 minute walk from great parks like Strathcona Park and Trillium Park.
