It’s also heavily used by locals for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. There’s private, league and public tennis at Cassandra Park, home to the Parkway Valley Tennis Club. Broadlands Park has a great community centre including an outdoor swimming pool and ice rink that draw many local families.
