Overview
Located near the north-west tip of North York, Emery is one of the most culturally-diverse neighbourhoods in Toronto. The north end is largely a commercial and industrial corridor but there are residential pockets in the north east with a variety of very affordable, North York homes for sale. The southern pockets of Emery offer nice residential streets, particularly close to the Humber River.
Interesting fact about Emery – the houses west of Weston road just to the south of St. Lucie Park are named after areas in Florida including Tampa, Vero Beach and West Palm.
