Overview

Located near the north-west tip of North York, Emery is one of the most culturally-diverse neighbourhoods in Toronto. The north end is largely a commercial and industrial corridor but there are residential pockets in the north east with a variety of very affordable, North York homes for sale. The southern pockets of Emery offer nice residential streets, particularly close to the Humber River.

Interesting fact about Emery – the houses west of Weston road just to the south of St. Lucie Park are named after areas in Florida including Tampa, Vero Beach and West Palm.

Why We Love Emery

You Can Cook Your Way around the World

Home chefs will love the international flavour possibilities provided by local shops. Jamaican, Asian, Italian, African, Spanish, West Indian – if you can crave it, you can probably find it in Emery.

And Then Burn It Off with a Walk along the Humber

One of the best things about many Emery homes for sale is their proximity to the Humber River trail.

There are various access points in Emery to the 5.5 kilometre paved trail that snakes around the edge of the Humber River. The West Humber parkland trail takes you to the Humber Arboretum which is a great place to teach kids about the importance of plants and wildlife.
