The houses themselves are the real selling feature of Birch Cliff. Whether they’re new builds or renovated historic homes, it’s hard to find an ugly home in the bunch. And if you do, snap it up immediately and renovate because you’ll get much better bang for your buck that way.
Birch Cliff houses offer an elegance, spaciousness and sense of grandeur that’s hard to find elsewhere in Toronto’s east end.
