For groceries there is Gabi & Jules Handmade Pies & Baked Goods which is a 9-minute walk. Love being outside? Look no further than Westhill Park and Park, which are both only steps away.

If you are reliant on transit, don't fear, there is a Bus Stop (Southbound Princeton Ave @ McMaster Court) not far. It also has route Moody Centre Station/lougheed Station, and route Port Moody Secondary School nearby.
