The annual management fee of $7,990 is fully paid for 2023 and includes water/sewage, electricity, lawn maintenance and unlimited use of all resort facilities for you and your family. Facilities include a heated inground pool, tennis/basketball courts, picnic areas, playground, volleyball, Kids Club and many scheduled activities and events planned throughout the season. Owners just pay for their own propane and insurance. Close to Niagara Falls, Niagara-On-The-Lake Old Town, U.S Border, hiking, cycling, the Niagara River Parkway trail, golfing, award-winning wineries, incredible restaurants, shopping and the Niagara outlet mall. This immaculate cottage is move-in ready and a perfect place for family gatherings. The resort is open from May 1 to October 31.
