This is an entire 2.04-acre island on Lake of the Woods, located approximately 20 km (12 miles) north of Morson by boat. Mature red and white pines, rocky shoreline, and a perimeter walking path create a private setting for fishing trips and time at the lake. Wildlife encounters of all kinds will keep you entertained. The 1,020 sq. ft. three-season cabin offers an open kitchen, dining and living area, two bedrooms, a three-piece bathroom and a fieldstone fireplace. A 10-by-18-foot screen room and 12-by-28-foot south-side deck extend the living space outdoors. A 16-by-24-foot dryland boathouse, workshop and two additional sheds provide useful support space. Docking includes a shoreline deck, an 8-by-46-foot cribbed dock and an 8-by-20-foot floating dock added in 2024. Recent improvements include a 2024 metal roof, exterior repairs and painting completed in 2025 and a newer lakeside deck.
