Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room suitable for hosting gatherings. Down the hall you will find a utility/storage room, laundry room, three-piece bath, and three bedrooms. The cottage is a five minute boat ride from an owned parcel of land with a double dock and parking, situated just past Wade's Landing.
