The monthly fee for the season, which is from May 1 to October 31st, is around $753 a month(covers your landlease and campground amenities), so about $4,520 for the season. The Cottage utilities are extra. The monthly storage fee for the Off season, which is from November 1st to April 30th, is around $65 a month. This cottage is winterized and year around stay is possible, you would just keep paying the $753 per month if you stay there off season. Laundry facility on site. Arvin's Food Wagon onsite.
