From photography and videography to content writing and print materials, our marketing services are undeniably among the best in the business. As a Property.ca PRO, you can order supplies and queue up marketing services easily through our proprietary agent web interface.
A STYLISH OFFICE, WHEN YOU NEED ONE:
We offer reasonable fees for either a semi-private office or use of a communal, team workspace in our stylish office in the Distillery District.
We have a strong administrative support team at our office that make the day-to-day processes efficient and easy. We want your time focused on clients, not on clerical tasks.
We have a great system set up for low-fee, personal loans to our Realtors™ when needed in between commission cheques.
We have a robust network of mortgage brokers and lawyers as well as in-house concierge services to help with everything from recommending vetted movers and contractors to your clients to handling thank you gifts and seasonal cards on your behalf.
SPECIALISTS, NOT GENERALIST REALTORS™:
We have three, highly-trained, specialist teams focusing on houses, condos or lofts. Within each, we have neighbourhood experts who work primarily in the communities that they love most.
As a Property.ca PRO, you’ll discover your best-fit with us. You’ll be able to hone your knowledge and experience in the neighbourhood(s) and property type that is best suited to your interests and skill sets rather than chasing leads all over the city.
Because each of our Realtors™ specializes by property type and/or neighbourhood, there is, by nature of our structure, less internal competition. But even where there is crossover, our Realtors™ work together better than any other brokerage we’ve observed in our collective experience. How do we know this? ONE-ON-ONE MENTORSHIP + TEAM TRAINING:
One of our biggest gripes with the industry is the tendency for brokerages to hire Realtors™ and then leave them to sink or swim on their own, with little to no training or accountability.
We believe that in order to make a “client first” strategy work in practice, you have to put your Realtors™ first. Growing a team of smart, experienced and passionate Realtors™ who love what they do is the only way to ensure we’ll have delighted clients.
Our Broker of Record has personally taken on the role of trainer and mentor with regular one-on-one sessions with every Realtor™ (including goal setting and regular follow-ups) as well as team meetings and group training sessions.
