There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - one on each floor, one with a shower and the other with a tub. There are two 28' sundecks...one is full length on the lower floor and another full length balcony on the upper floor. There are many conveniences near by...Pickle ball and two full size municipal tennis courts and Park several golf courses including Muskoka Bay Golf Course, ranked among the best in Canada and several more in the area. The Historic Opera House has evenings of Theatre and Music. Music on the Barge at Rotary Gull Lake Park every Sunday. Several nice restaurants.
