For nearby green space, Bloordale Park North and Neilson Park - Etobicoke could be good to get out of your home and catch some fresh air or to take your dog for a walk.

Without a car, you can get around rather easily. The closest transit stop is a BusStop ("Bloor St At Markland Dr") and is a short walk, but there is also a Subway stop, KIPLING STATION - SUBWAY PLATFORM, only a 28 minute walk connecting you to the TTC. It also has (Bus) route 3 "bloor" nearby. If you're driving, you'll have easy access to the rest of the city by way of Hwy 427 as well, which is within a 4-minute drive getting on and off at Burnhamthorpe Rd.
