Description
1. The tenant must obtain and maintain their own insurance for the unit throughout the lease term and any renewals thereof, commencing before the lease begins, and to provide a copy to the Landlord.2. The Tenant agrees to allow the Landlord to inspect the premises with 24 hours' notice.3.
