This Offer is conditional upon the Landlord meeting with and approving of the Tenant. Unless the Landlord notifies the Tenant in writing delivered to the Tenant personally or in accordance with any other provisions for the delivery of notice in this Agreement of Purchase and Sale or any Schedule thereto not later than 6 p.m. on following day, that the Landlord is not satisfied with the Tenant, the Landlord shall be deemed to have waived this condition and this Agreement shall remain valid and binding. The parties hereto consent and agree to the use of an electronic signature pursuant to the Electronic Commerce Act 2000, S.O. 2000, c17 as amended from time to time, with respect to this Agreement and any other documents respecting this transaction. The tenant agrees to view and take pictures of the property before moving to determine the condition, faults, or damages to the home and appliances. Tennant(s) agree to return the home in the condition it was given, and agree to pay or repair any damages to the home prior to leaving. Tenant agrees that only the names on the lease agreement will be occupying the house. There will be no subletting.
