Long before the roads on the West side of Bowen were paved, someone stood on this bluff and decided this was where the house belonged. Not because it was waterfront. Because it was THIS waterfront. In the summer at sunset, the sun lines itself up almost perfectly centred with the living room window. After dark, all that’s left is a sky full of stars. Humpbacks and Orcas pass through often enough that a notebook hangs on the wall to record them. Its pages are full. Built in 1988 and offered for sale for the first time since, this is a home that has quietly watched the ocean for nearly 40 years. It's easy to imagine doing updates. It's much harder to find another piece of shoreline like this where a private path and stone steps into the water, a mooring buoy and unforgettable sunsets await.
