No pets allowed, you can use common area, parking will have to be rented separately within the building. Best to just bring clothes & a computer if you need and that's all. Building has small gym, pool and billiard room for your use as well if you wish. TTC at door step, but the LRT has shut down, so subway access is no longer as easy as it once was.
