But North York covers a larger space amount of space and so is heavier in strictly residential areas and quieter neighborhoods.

Downsview Park in North York is Canada’s first urban national park. The 291 acre parkland is a mix of forest, ponds, trails, gardens, play areas and sports fields. The site is also home to annual Earth Day celebrations and Canada Day fireworks.
