A word of caution to investors though: if you’re planning on a quick flip, be careful not to over-invest in the renovation. While there are some properties selling well into the seven figures, in general, the east section of Main & Danforth likely won’t attract the prices that we’re seeing to the west, particularly in areas just outside of this neighbourood where there's been a major contractor presence for years, e.g. in neighbouring Greenwood-Coxwell around Monarch Park.
